WASCO regrets to inform consumers that the Southern Network has been placed offline due to high turbidity and clogged intakes following heavy rainfall. As a result, customers in the south of the island will experience low pressure and temporary interruptions in their water supply.
Conditions are expected to improve within the next 24 to 48 hours. An update will be provided as necessary. WASCO apologizes to its valued customers for the inconvenience these interruptions will cause, as we work to resume operations soon as possible.
We encourage consumers to promptly report any supply interruptions and/or localized faults to our south control room at 457-3984. Additionally, reports can be made via WhatsApp Messenger by forwarding contact information and location to 482-0051.
